Vehicle parking permit

First-time applicant please download the Parking Permit First Time Application Form at the General Services Division of Office of General Affairs website, and attach copies of your driver’s license, vehicle registration card (applicant or spouse), ID card, and faculty/staff card to proceed the application at the helpdesk of General Service Division.
  3. The basement parking lot of each building will be assigned first to faculty members who work in the building. If the number of permit applications is less than 1.5 times the number of parking lots in the building, additional parking lots will be available for application by faculty members working in other department.
  4. For parking permit renewal or replacement, please download the Parking Permit Renewal Application Form on the General Services Division’s website. For vehicle registration renewal, please visit the General Services Division office in person to return the old permit and submit the new vehicle registration (of the applicant or spouse), required IDs, and a registration fee of NT$100.
  5. For vehicle parking permit refunds, visit the General Services Division website and download the National Taiwan University Parking Permit (gate access card/remote controller) Refund Application Form, and bring the parking cleaning fee receipts, bicycle identification card, and faculty identification card to the General Services Division office. For the refund of remote controller deposits, please also bring the remote controller and the deposit receipt to the General Services Division office for processing.

Bicycle identification card

Visit the NTU Bicycle Online Management System website, log in with the Computer and Information Networking Center account, and fill out the relevant information to complete the application. After completing the application, applicants may call or e-mail us to acquire the bicycle identification card via the official letter exchange method or acquire the bicycle identification card by bringing a faculty identification card to the bicycle pound at the Shuiyuan Campus. For lost or damaged bicycle identification cards, the bicycle owner must bring his or her ID to the bicycle pound at the Shuiyuan Campus to apply for a replacement.

Shuttle Bus 

  1. NTU faculty and students can use free shuttle buses to travel between the Main Campus and Downtown Campus or between Main Campus and Academic Sinica.
  2. The bus between the Main Campus and Downtown Campus stops at Fu Bell station (in front of the College of Liberal Arts) and operates on school days (suspended during national holidays, winter vacation, spring break, and summer vacation), International Workers’ Day on May 1 and other make-up holidays; suspended on International Workers’ Day on May 1 if it is during the weekend; operates normally if the school’s anniversary is a workday.
  3. The shuttle bus between the Main Campus and Academia Sinica starts from the Multi-purpose Classroom Building station in the Main Campus, and makes a stop at Fu Bell station (in front of the College of Liberal Arts) and operates on work days (suspended during national holidays and Chinese New Year), International Workers’ Day on May 1 and other make-up holidays; suspended on International Workers’ Day on May 1 if it is during the weekend.
  4. Bus schedules are regularly adjusted to address the needs of all faculty and students. For more, visit the General Services Division’s website.
  5. Please present your valid NTU faculty/student ID card when boarding the shuttle bus.
  6. To travel between NTU main campus and the Academia Sinica, you can also take NTU Line Bus-CB7. (Visit e-bus 5284 website to check the schedule)
