Academic Advising Office, Office of Academic Affairs (5F, Boya Lecture Building) Open House was initiated in London. During the Open House weekend, many private buildings and government institutes are open to the public for 48 hours, and people could experience the design and creativity of architecture for free.
 
Open House Taipei was launched in 2020, and Taipei is the third Asian city participating in the festival after Macao and Osaka. The theme for Open House Taipei 2022 is “Social Taipei, let new friendship sprout on the open road.”
 
The space of the Academic Advising Office (AAO) was newly opened in September, 2022. AAO is looking forward to lighting up students’ academic pathways by discussing various thoughts thoroughly, and connecting them to suitable resources, so that they are able to put their goals into action.

1F, NTU Agricultural Exhibition Hall NTU Experimental Forest invited the 2022 community forestry partner Dongburui Xi Environmental and Ecological Protection Association in Nantou County to provide food and agriculture education courses. NTU Experimental Forest also organized the “Sustainable Cloud Forest and Food and Agriculture Co-prosperity-Social Innovation Practice Project” and The “2022 Co-Prosperity Plan” hosts an exhibition to present the beauty and creativity of the works of indigenous people.

People can use different forest seeds and other natural materials to create by hand, which can be used as accessories or ornaments, etc.

A Tour Around the CSW Boiler Room (the former boiler room in the fermentation lab) 111/11/14

Center for Student Well-Being We revived the Boiler Room from during the Japanese colonial period. It had sat on the spot for over nine decades, and we now give it a new life and new beginning. The Boiler Room no longer serves as a space to do fermentation experiments or to produce sugar, but a brand new coffee place to enjoy a warm environment.

Three sessions, one hour each, beginning at 2 PM, 3 PM and 4 PM, respectively, with a short tour and introduction.

NTU Anniversary Celebration Insect Exhibition: Insects With You - Social Insect Exhibition 111/11/15

Room 607, MK Innovation Hall This exhibition features the theme of social insects and is divided into two parts: static display and timed tour.
 
Static display: The exhibition introduces common social insects. A specimen display is also presented, from which guests can observe the structure and shape of insects at close range.
 
Timed tour: There are two scheduled guided tours at 10:30 am and 2:30 pm on the same day. A docent will lead the guests to explore the social life of the insect world together!
